Mr Shah ,i believe you can easily realise the pain of some one going with blank face and blank hands to home land with a bann to enter saudi  arabia again for certain period or forver  , specially when he has some good job offer in saudi arabia  . i am writiung about a very serious issue . please give reply in detail .1. usually , the employer give you the passport at the eleventh hour provided your tickets are confirmed , in that case if you wish to go for final exit and you come to know at last moment that your passport is stamped with exit re entry . what could one do in that condition ?2. or if u get the final exit and apply to embassy for some other compnay visa , what elegation can be encountered ?3. how to check either you are blacklisted or being complaint by your employer in the pass port office , as u come back to saudia and immigration holds you because of bad listed chap ?what are the best ways to get final exit in smooth ways , how to satisfy the employer , that he would be harm less after final exit ?how to convince them that coming here again in saudia is thier legal right ?5. what necessary actions must be taken before final deprture on final exit ?i will wait for your reply.

I do. I have seen poverty and nothingness. I have struggled and been deprived. It is not about going back home with nothing, it is also about living here with nothing. Rizq (Provision) is from Allah and as a Muslim we must believe in this. What is yours will come to you. Whether the land is Saudi Arabia or Ghana, it does not matter. I have gone to Pakistan empty handed and come back loaded. I have a brother who went on Exit, though he was born and raised here. It is one thing to be born in poverty and it is another to live in luxury and then see poverty. Subhan Allah!

Allah says in the Qur’an: It maybe that you love something and it is not good for you, and it maybe you hate something and it is good for you AND Allah KNOWS and you KNOW NOT - QUran.

Do not forget this. 

Just pray to Allah to fix your problems. Don’t think about how, where or when. Leaving KSA is not the end of life, dear. You can be happy anywhere if you have the heart that wants to be happy. I say this after experience and not after reading a few books. Please do not get into despair. It may lead to disbelief.

It would be Jawazat’s mistake! In case you are going on Exit ONLY, leave. If it is their mistake, they will fix it at the airport. If the sponsor did this, then it is his loss because he will lose a visa. Also, once you leave, check your Iqama number on the MOI site to see if it is still a valid visa.

None, if you are not on the black list. You have to complete the time limit set for re-application and then you can come back under a different visa.

Go to the site: www.moi.gov.sa and enter your Iqama number in any of the online services. If it says Iqama invalid, then there is a problem. You will then have to send an appointed mandoob to check with Jawazat and usually they will not tell unless the person is authorized by your sponsor.

That is your personal dealing with him. Unfortunately, the sponsor has a lot of power here. He can cause problems and that is the issue with this sponsorship system. However, if he is violating any of your rights, you can complain against him at the labor office and then his complaints and your complaints will be sent to the judge. You can also complain in the Sharia Courts. It is, however, somewhat expensive.

5. how to convince them that coming here again in saudia is thier legal right ?

If the name is in the blacklist after finger printing, the legal right is gone. If not, then the previous sponsor has nothing to do with your coming back.

You must sell your car, pay all bills and fines, collect all your money and settle all dues before exit. A company representative goes with you to the airport and ensures your departure.
